Led by Rob Hailey, we help people develop into the best versions of themselves. By working with RCH Consulting, leaders at all stages of their career understand and gain confidence in their abilities in order to develop the skills and talents necessary to attain the achievements that are important to them.

With over 40 years of leadership experience, Rob is a seasoned professional dedicated to organizational excellence. Most recently, as the Executive Director of the Tulane University Leadership Institute (TULI), he spearheaded the founding initiatives that fostered leadership development for both emerging and established leaders. Under his guidance, vanguard initiatives such as the Emerging Leaders Program and the Intercultural Leaders Program were launched, shaping a culture of leadership at Tulane University.

RCH Consulting focuses on three types of coaching:

Leadership Coaching: A custom track designed to prepare leaders and teams at all levels to succeed in the ever changing and dynamic work environment. 

Career Coaching: A collaborative process in which a coach supports individuals in navigating their career paths, clarifying career goals, and developing strategies for achieving them. RCH’s unique approach can be tailored to both organizations and individuals at all career levels to align talents, skills, and goals with career options.

College to Career: Designed for students and recent graduates, this specialized coaching helps young adults translate their strengths, values, and experiences into meaningful career opportunities. With tailored guidance, RCH also supports new professionals as they navigate the nuances, culture, and politics of their first year in the workplace.

How We Work:

Coaching at RCH is a dynamic, collaborative process that can be tailored to both individuals and teams. The method is structured enough to be goal-driven yet flexible enough to meet you where you are. Sessions are shaped by your or your team’s priorities and guided by insight, respectful inquiry, and a commitment to building a confidential, supportive space. Together, we create room to reflect, reframe, and take action.

Some sessions focus on real-time challenges, others on reflection, feedback, or strategic planning for the future. At times we’ll introduce frameworks or tools aligned with your goals; at others, the agenda is entirely yours. In every case, the process is supportive but designed to stretch you. We’ll celebrate progress, unpack obstacles, and hold space for honest reflection — always with your development at the center.

While every engagement is unique, most unfold across at least six one-hour sessions over four to five monthswhile some may take more time. Around the halfway point, we pause to reflect, evaluate progress, and refine goals. By the final sessions, clients often notice a shift: insights deepen, confidence builds, and new ways of working and leading take hold. By the end, you can expect greater clarity about your purpose and direction, along with practical strategies and tools you’ll carry forward long after the coaching concludes.
