The Fine Print:

Conflicts of Interest

A conflict of interest arises when an individual’s obligation is challenged by other interests, to include but not limited to favoritism, rewards, recognition, promotions, bonuses, assignments, etc. The concern is that employees will sacrifice the interests of the company for their own personal interests and the perceived or actual receipt of rewards.

If a conflict of interest arises during our session it will be discussed and resolved with your best interests in mind. If a conflict arises anytime in the coaching process, I will identify the conflict and attempt to resolve it with your best interest in mind first. If the conflict cannot be resolved and I cannot serve you objectively or respectfully, then I will terminate the agreement and future coaching sessions.

Confidentiality

This coaching relationship is 100% confidential, meaning the discussions we have and the information you share will stay between you, as the client, and me, as your coach. The only exceptions are those situations and discussions I am specifically required by law to share with someone beyond us. An example would be if you make any statements that imply that you will cause physical harm to yourself or to others, in which case I am obligated to notify appropriate authorities.

As your coach, I will honor this coaching relationship with the strictest confidentiality and will advise you of any circumstances that might influence my objectivity or judgment. As always, you are free to share the content of our coaching sessions with whomever you choose. However, I will not disclose any information that you provide during our meetings for any reason without your expressed written approval.
